Job Responsibility:

Directing the learning for KS3 and KS4 classes and ensuring students stay focused on the work provided
Implementing the school's behavior policy with confidence to maintain a respectful and orderly environment
Delivering lesson instructions with high energy to ensure every student understands their objectives
Overseeing the distribution and collection of all textbooks, equipment, and completed student assignments
Providing high-quality feedback to the permanent teaching staff regarding student engagement and progress

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills to manage classroom resources and time effectively during the school day
