This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to gain classroom experience, career-changers, or those who simply enjoy the variety of supporting different subjects every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects
  • Maintaining a focused and safe learning environment
  • Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
  • Assisting students with any questions regarding their assigned work

Requirements:

  • Experience working with teenagers (e.g., coaching, youth work, or previous school roles) is highly desirable
  • Confidence: The ability to manage a classroom of 30 students and ensure they stay on task
  • Versatility: You could be in a Science lab in the morning and a PE hall in the afternoon
