We are seeking assertive Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Years 7-11). This role is the gold standard for graduates, sports coaches, or career-changers looking to build elite classroom management skills without the pressure of lesson planning or grading. Subject Variety: No two hours are the same-supervise a Year 9 History debate in the morning and a Year 11 Science practical in the afternoon. Professional Presence: Build the confidence and "room command" that only comes from leading diverse groups of teenagers. Work-Life Balance: Your day ends when the school bell rings. Simply deliver the pre-set work, ensure a productive atmosphere, and leave with no "take-home" marking. Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £120, paid every Friday via Randstad.
