Step into the Classroom: Cover Supervisors Needed Across Wirral! Are you looking for flexible work across the Wirral Peninsula? We are recruiting reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in all local areas. This is a great way to work in education without the stress of planning lessons! We have roles across the entire Wirral peninsula, including- Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bebington, Prenton, Heswall, West Kirby.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise Work: Ensure students complete the pre-prepared tasks set by the absent teacher
Behaviour Management: Maintain a calm and productive learning environment following the school's behaviour policy
Student Support: Assist pupils with queries and keep them on task
Safety & Welfare: Ensure the health and safety of students throughout the lesson
Reporting: Provide brief feedback to the school on student progress and any issues encountered

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (coaching, youth work, or classroom support) is preferred
A calm, authoritative presence and the ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
You must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
