Job Description:

A fantastically diverse Secondary School based in Hammersmith & Fulham is searching for a Cover Supervisor to start in September 2025. This role involves leading classrooms in the absence of teachers, delivering pre-planned lessons, and supporting students across all subjects. Ideal for aspiring teachers, the school offers state-of-the-art CPD opportunities and teacher training programs.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure continuous learning and positive progress for students in the absence of their regular teacher
deliver pre-planned lessons
maintain excellent behavior management of students
build a robust rapport with both staff and students
provide continuous support to students of all abilities

Requirements:

Holds a degree from a reputable university
fantastic educational background, A Levels and GCSEs
ability to both challenge and support students
tutoring or previous teaching experience
able to adapt to different situations and use initiative
perfect for aspiring teachers
