Job Description

Cover Supervisor – Day-to-day supply across Norwich and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Cover Supervisors who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.

Job Responsibility

Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour
Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Liaise with teaching staff to report on pupil progress and behaviour
Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Requirements

Has experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
Demonstrates confidence managing classroom behaviour
Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Holds relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
