Job Responsibility:
Classroom Leadership: Overseeing students and ensuring a focused, respectful learning environment
Behaviour Management: Applying school policies consistently to ensure students stay on-task
Support & Guidance: Assisting pupils with queries on their set work and encouraging academic progress
Reporting: Handing back completed work and providing clear feedback for the permanent teacher
Safeguarding: Maintaining a safe environment and following all school safety procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A*-C), including English and Maths
Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a room of teenagers
A professional, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in different schools
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
