Job Description:

Cover Supervisor opportunity in an outstanding secondary school in Merton, London, to support teaching staff during teacher absences. The role offers a supportive work environment with career progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising classes during teacher absences to ensure continuity of learning
Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
Following lesson plans and supporting students with independent work
Reporting any issues to teaching staff and school leadership
Supporting the wider school team as needed

Requirements:

Experience working with secondary school students preferred
