Classroom Cover Supervisor - Brixham Position: Cover Supervisor (Day-to-Day Supply) Location: Brixham, South Devon Daily Rate: £100 - £120 (Paid Weekly) Contract: Temporary / Flexible Supply Are you an experienced Classroom Assistant or Coach looking for flexible work in Brixham? We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in the Brixham area on a day-to-day supply basis. This role is ideal for those who have a background in education and are looking for a competitive daily rate without the commitment of lesson planning or marking. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure that students stay on task with the work provided, maintain a calm learning environment, and manage classroom behaviour effectively. What your day will look like: Leading lessons across various subjects for Key Stage 3 and 4 (Ages 11-16). Ensuring all students are engaged and following the school's behaviour policy. Collecting completed work and providing feedback to the department. Supporting the wider school community during the school day.
