• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
• Have experience of creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
• Have experience of achieving of quality targets
• Have experience of producing accurate and timely reports
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse learners
• Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload, and meet deadlines and targets
• Always commit to positive teamworking
• Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months (Desirable, but not essential)
