Randstad Education is looking for confident, resilient individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a variety of local secondary schools, managing classrooms and supporting students aged 11-16. Whether you are looking for full-time consistency or flexible daily work to fit around your studies or other commitments, we have the perfect role for you in the Crawley area.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing students and ensuring a focused, respectful learning environment
Applying school policies consistently to ensure students stay on-task
Assisting pupils with queries on their set work and encouraging academic progress
Handing back completed work and providing clear feedback for the permanent teacher
Maintaining a safe environment and following all school safety procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A*-C), including English and Maths
Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a room of teenagers
A professional, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in different schools
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
