Job Responsibility:
Manage the Classroom: Ensure students remain on task and maintain a positive, productive learning environment
Deliver Pre-Set Work: Follow the instructions left by the regular teacher to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively
Support Students: Provide 1:1 or small group guidance to help students understand their tasks
Uphold Standards: Follow the school's behavior policy consistently to ensure safety and respect
Requirements:
Confidence: The ability to step into a classroom and lead a group of 30 students with authority and ease
Adaptability: A 'can-do' attitude to manage different subjects, from English to PE
Communication: Clear instructions and the ability to build quick rapport with young people
Education Background: A degree or previous experience working with children/teenagers is highly desirable
