Providing individualised assistance to students, helping them navigate learning activities and achieve their full potential. Communicating regularly with teachers and other school staff, sharing crucial observations and updates on student progress. Playing a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour to inform ongoing support strategies. Adhering to all school policies and procedures, prioritising student safety and well-being above all else.
