Job Responsibility:

Supervise whole classes, delivering pre-set lesson content, managing behaviour, and supporting student engagement
Maintain the quality of teaching and learning in the absence of class teachers

Requirements:

Calm, confident and approachable, with a strong classroom presence
Resilient and solution-focused, able to manage challenges and maintain a positive outlook
Highly organised, with the ability to follow lesson plans, maintain routines, and manage behaviour effectively
Professional and dependable, setting high expectations for themselves and the students they support
A great communicator, able to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
Committed to safeguarding, with a clear understanding of the importance of keeping children safe
Eager to learn, with an interest in pursuing a future career in teaching or education
