Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Implement learning programmes for individuals and groups, including those with specialist needs
support lesson planning, evaluation, and classroom management
monitor student progress and provide feedback
maintain accurate and confidential student records
build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging independence and positive behaviour
provide cover supervision for classes when needed
support literacy and numeracy activities
implement specialist programmes
