Job Responsibility:
Supervise and lead classrooms across various subjects, ensuring students complete set work and stay on task
Maintain a safe and productive learning environment by upholding the academy's high standards of behaviour and discipline
Assist students with their learning, providing clarity on instructions and encouraging a growth mindset
Provide feedback to department heads on student engagement and progress during the lesson
Support the wider academy community through break duties or administrative support when not in the classroom
Requirements:
