Duties as Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour Support students with their learning and respond to questions where appropriate Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils during lessons
