We are currently looking for a reliable, "on-the-day" Cover Supervisor to support dynamic secondary schools in and around Croydon. Job Responsibility:

Be the Specialist: Stay ready for early morning calls (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) for same-day bookings
Lead the Lesson: Deliver pre-prepared content across all subjects from Maths to Music, Science to Sociology
Command the Room: Maintain a calm, productive environment by upholding the school's behaviour policy
Join the Team: Work closely with supportive leadership teams within a prestigious MAT framework

Requirements:

Ultimate Flexibility: available for short-notice bookings
Strong Presence: confident, take-charge personality with ability to build quick rapport with teenagers
Experience: background in coaching, youth work, or tutoring is highly desirable
Compliance: enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
