Job Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for education? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting learners, and making a real impact. If you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for turning insights into action, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver high quality, learner-focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Work closely with senior leaders
  • Play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting learners

Requirements:

  • Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Have experience of creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
  • Have experience of achieving of quality targets
  • Have experience of producing accurate and timely reports
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse learners
  • Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload, and meet deadlines and targets
  • Always commit to positive teamworking
