Job Description:

Worthing school is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to contribute to a dynamic learning environment. This full-time role involves supervising pre-planned lessons, working in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
following pre-prepared lesson plans
engaging students in meaningful activities
supporting their learning
promoting high standards of behaviour and classroom management
ensuring a safe and respectful environment

Requirements:

Passion for working with young people
strong commitment to supporting their learning
confidence in managing a classroom effectively
ability to follow instructions clearly and work independently
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
