Flexible School Work - Cover Supervisors Needed in Chester! Looking for a classroom role that stays within the Chester area? We are hiring Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across all local areas in Chester- CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4 and surrounding areas. If you are confident, reliable, and want to gain experience in education, we want to hear from you. We have long term and day to day supply available.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise Work: Ensure students complete the pre-prepared tasks set by the absent teacher
Behaviour Management: Maintain a calm and productive learning environment following the school's behaviour policy
Student Support: Assist pupils with queries and keep them on task
Safety & Welfare: Ensure the health and safety of students throughout the lesson
Reporting: Provide brief feedback to the school on student progress and any issues encountered

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (coaching, youth work, or classroom support) is preferred
A calm, authoritative presence and the ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
You must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
