Job Description:

Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to work with one of our partner secondary schools located in the Leamington Spa area. This role will be on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Our partner secondary school has achieved a 'Good' Ofsted report across all areas, in recent years. Alongside the Ofsted report they have also achieved excellent GCSE results, upholding a high standard of learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for
  • Provide assistance to students where needed to help them stay on task
  • Report any issues or feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (related to education) OR UK experience working in an education setting
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
