Job Responsibility:
Be available for early morning calls (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) for same-day cover in the Bexley area
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across the curriculum (Maths to Music, Science to Sociology)
Ensure the school's behavior policy is followed, maintaining a calm and productive environment
Work alongside a supportive school leadership team within the MAT framework
Requirements:
Ultimate Flexibility: This role is specifically for those who can accept bookings on short notice
Presence: A confident, 'take-charge' personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with teenagers
Background: Experience working with children (coaching, youth work, or tutoring) is highly desirable
Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
