Job Description:

A fantastically diverse Secondary School based in Hillingdon is searching for a Cover Supervisor to step into a classroom leadership role when teachers are absent. Ideal for aspiring teachers looking for hands-on experience with state-of-the-art CPD opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure continuous learning and positive progress for students in the absence of their regular teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons
Maintain excellent behavior management of students
Build a robust rapport with both staff and students
Provide continuous support to students of all abilities

Requirements:

Holds a degree from a reputable university
Fantastic educational background, A Levels and GCSEs
Ability to both challenge and support students
Tutoring or previous teaching experience
Able to adapt to different situations and use initiative
