We are seeking proactive and resilient Cover Supervisors to join our team supporting secondary schools throughout Chelmsford. This role is the perfect 'stepping stone' into education, offering you the chance to gain immense classroom experience without the pressure of planning, marking, or parent evenings. You will be the vital link that ensures learning doesn't stop when a teacher is away, managing classroom dynamics and facilitating pre-set lessons.
