The Role: We are looking for reliable, seasoned Cover Supervisors to join our elite team supporting Good and Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary schools across Havering. Job Responsibility:

Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and focused learning environment by implementing the school's behaviour policy
Supervising Pre-Set Work: Delivering lessons left by the regular teacher, ensuring students understand the tasks and stay on track
Supporting Students: Answering questions and providing guidance to help pupils complete their assigned work
Safety & Welfare: Ensuring the health and safety of all students while acting as a professional role model
Reporting: Providing brief feedback for the returning teacher on student progress and any notable behaviour incidents.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: You must have previous experience leading a classroom (we need people who can hit the ground running)
Ultimate Flexibility: You're the 'emergency responder' of the education world. You must be available for on-the-day morning bookings
Local Knowledge: Ideally based in or very close to Havering to ensure you can reach our schools promptly
