Job Responsibility

  • Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects
  • Explain concepts, answer questions, and keep students on track
  • Establish instant authority and maintain a calm, respectful, and productive environment
  • Use QTS skills to differentiate tasks on the fly
  • Support students with SEND and stretch high-attainers
  • Provide school with high-quality feedback on student progress and classroom dynamics

Requirements

  • Hold QTS
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are highly welcome)
  • Versatile and confident
  • Strong communicator
  • Committed
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • Dedicated to Safeguarding
