Job Description

Affinity Partnerships are looking for Cover Supervisors (Unqualified Teachers) with a background in teaching or working with children in any capacity within Croydon. This could include experience such as classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, dance instruction, or any other role involving supporting young people’s learning and development. We have opportunities to suit everyone – whether you are looking to pick up a few days of work to fit around your schedule or seeking a full-time position.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading KS3 and KS4 lessons
  • Gaining valuable classroom experience and progress into teaching

Requirements

  • Experience such as classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, dance instruction, or any other role involving supporting young people’s learning and development
  • Sound understanding of secondary education
  • Confident supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Experience supporting children across all aspects of the curriculum
  • Team player while also using initiative and a good sense of humour
  • Positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
