What We Are Looking For We are looking for individuals who can command a classroom with presence and authority while remaining supportive of student needs. Educational Background: A degree is highly desirable; a minimum of Level 3 qualifications and strong GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) is essential. Confidence: The ability to manage a classroom of up to 30 students and implement the academy's behavior policy consistently. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, departments, and school leadership. Adaptability: A flexible approach to covering various subjects across the secondary curriculum. Commitment: A dedication to the safeguarding and welfare of all young people.
