Job Responsibility:
Classroom Lead: Supervise lessons across multiple subjects using pre-set work
Zero Planning: Focus purely on student engagement and behavior management-no marking or lesson prep required!
Behavior Expert: Use your confidence to uphold school standards and keep students on-task
Handover Hero: Register attendance and leave clear notes for returning staff to ensure continuity
Requirements:
Natural Authority: The confidence to lead a room of secondary students
Strong Rapport: The ability to communicate effectively and build respect with teenagers
Previous Experience: Any background in coaching, youth work, or school support is highly valued
March Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 am - 3:30 pm approx)
Clearance: A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one immediately)
