Job Description:

Randstad Education is looking for a versatile Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Stevenage. This is an immediate start role, offering the perfect balance of responsibility and flexibility across both KS1 and KS2.

Job Responsibility:

  • Seamlessly transition between KS1 and KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Maintain a focused, safe, and productive learning environment using the school's established behavior policies
  • Guide pupils through their tasks, offering clarity and encouragement to ensure no learning time is lost
  • Work closely with the school's leadership team to ensure a high standard of education is maintained daily

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising groups of children (Primary age preferred)
  • The ability to think on your feet and engage students across different key stages
  • High standards of communication and a reliable, punctual approach to work
