Job Description:

Flexible Cover Primary Teacher role delivering PPA across all year groups (Reception to Year 6) in a lovely rural primary school in Horsham. Perfect for someone who loves teaching but doesn't want the full load of daily planning and marking.

Job Responsibility:

Cover PPA time across all year groups
Deliver pre‑planned lessons or light‑planning depending on the timetable
Support consistency across the school
Adapt quickly to different classes and age groups
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

Qualified teacher (ECT–M6 welcomed)
Confidently teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Calm, professional and adaptable classroom presence
Strong behaviour management with a nurturing approach
Driver, due to the rural location
Organised, reliable and happy to work across multiple classes
