Working in a busy environment with a high volume of calls and emails that need to be dealt with in a friendly, professional manner, as a motivated team member you will also provide help and support to our area managers.
Job Responsibility:
Provide lunch time cover for the Front of House Staff
Assist with meeting visitors, staff, RCT delegates and tenants
Assist with post (incoming and outgoing)
Escort contractors and visitors if required
Ensure that the reception area is always presentable
Assist with the admin work
Assist with managing helpdesk and booking system
Ensure Health and Safety Protocols are being met
Assist with any Emergency Evacuations process
Requirements:
Friendly, calm, and professional manner
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Good computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure
Positive 'can do' attitude
Team player
Helpdesk experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
