Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to courtroom personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations
Respond to inbound calls and address inquiries professionally and efficiently
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation through data entry
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence
Coordinate schedules and appointments for courtroom staff
Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents and case files
Ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles
Skilled in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
