Job Description:

This role is part of the firm's public law team, involving managing Welfare Court of Protection cases, assisting on high-value cases, and working with vulnerable clients. The firm is known for its collegiate and supportive environment and offers market-leading salaries and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases
  • assist partners and senior team members on high-value cases
  • work alongside key partners and senior associates
  • assist vulnerable clients.

Requirements:

  • At NQ to 4 years PQE
  • experience in a court of protection team
  • highly enthusiastic
  • ability to work alongside key partners and senior associates
  • ability to work with vulnerable clients
  • resilient and calm
  • prioritise clients' needs.
