Job Responsibility:

Manage own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases
assist partners and senior team members on high-value cases
work alongside key partners and senior associates
assist vulnerable clients.

Requirements:

At NQ to 4 years PQE
experience in a court of protection team
highly enthusiastic
ability to work alongside key partners and senior associates
ability to work with vulnerable clients
resilient and calm
prioritise clients' needs.
