Job Description:

This is a superb opportunity to join a high-profile team working within a specialist Court of Protection. The role involves supporting senior members of the department and handling a range of work including contentious Deputyship work, trust management, tax affairs, drafting Personal Injury trusts, and more. You will maintain day-to-day contact with clients, act upon their requirements, and attend client locations when required.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting senior members of the department
handling contentious Deputyship work
handling Deputyships
working with brain injured and vulnerable clients
trust management
assisting with tax affairs and accounts
drafting Personal Injury trusts
drafting Statutory Wills
drafting Welfare Deputyship applications
handling applications to the Court of Protection
maintaining day-to-day contact with clients
acting upon clients' requirements
making payments
keeping accurate records
attending clients’ locations when required

Requirements:

Upwards of 3 years PQE with a specific background within Court of Protection experience
excellent interpersonal skills
excellent communication skills
excellent organisational skills
ability to attend clients’ locations when required
