Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading team that manages a substantial value of client funds and provides high-quality legal support to individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages to fund their extensive needs.

Job Responsibility

Handle Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters with minimal supervision
Work closely with the Heads of Department and senior colleagues
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Court of Protection and PI Trust matters

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Court of Protection experience
Strong background in private client work (desirable)
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
