Job Description:

A well-regarded North London firm is seeking a Court of Protection solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a specialist practice focused on welfare proceedings and mental capacity law.

Job Responsibility:

Manage your own caseload—primarily s.21A applications, with some s.16 work
Work alongside a team recognised for its expertise

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (0–3 years PQE)
Court of Protection welfare experience (s.21A essential)
Strong drafting and communication skills
Team-oriented and committed to social justice

Nice to have:

Experience with s.16 applications
Supervision or mentoring experience
Recognition or ambition for Legal 500/Chambers listing
