Job Description:

This is a Court of Protection role within the firm's public law team where you will handle cases involving vulnerable clients. Job Responsibility:

Manage own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases
assist partners and senior team members on high-value cases

Requirements:

NQ to 4 years PQE
experience in a court of protection team
highly enthusiastic about working alongside key partners and senior associates
working with vulnerable clients
resilient and calm
prioritizing clients' needs
