Job Description:

This is a Court of Protection role within the firm's public law team where you will handle cases involving vulnerable clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage own caseload of Welfare Court of Protection cases
  • assist partners and senior team members on high-value cases

Requirements:

  • NQ to 4 years PQE

  • working with vulnerable clients
  • resilient and calm
  • prioritizing clients' needs
