Job Description:

The role will be working alongside the Partner covering all areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work with a primary focus on dealing with property and affairs, high value deputyships, personal injury trusts, as well as managing a small team. You will be joining an established team that is 17 strong with a good mix of experience and seniority.
