Experience in the maintenance, operation or management of a golf course and related facilities and equipment
Previous supervisory experience

Job Responsibility

Support the Course Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the golf course
Ensure planned maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standard
Oversee and assist with the upkeep of all plant, machinery, and equipment used on the golf course
Liaise with external contractors and engineers to ensure any faults are promptly addressed
Work closely with the Course Manager to select, train and evaluate Greenkeepers
Ensure Greenkeepers operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
Plan and implement maintenance schedules
Inspect the course regularly
Ensure all areas, from bunkers to water features, are well-maintained
Assist in maintaining irrigation systems
