Course Ambassador is a full or part time seasonal position. This position ensures that guests receive an exceptional experience by ensuring players keep pace of play and follow general course safety guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to each guest on the golf course
  • Ensure pace of play is maintained for the benefit and satisfaction of players
  • Maintain open and effective communication with all players
  • Act upon any queries made by players
  • Report any inappropriate behaviour to the Golf Professional
  • Direct, coordinate and ensure that members and guests are following their assigned course
  • Convey information regarding pace-of-play, GPS system, and course rules to each group
  • Be fully knowledgeable of the daily tee sheet, events, crossovers and course rotations
  • Learn and promote club's services, facilities, and amenities to guests
  • Ensure all members and guests are operating golf cars in a safe manner
  • Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Bay Harbor Golf Club.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
