Job Description:

Let's start 2026 with your new career! We’re not looking for just any driver. We’re looking for someone who wants more than a job — someone who enjoys staying physically active throughout the day, loves the freedom of the open road, and takes pride in connecting with people along the way. This role involves a high level of physical activity. You'll be scanning parcels ranging from 1kg to 30kgs, manually loading your truck, hopping in and out of the truck all day, delivering parcels, and handling returns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sorting Freight
  • Safely hand loading your truck with freight for your deliveries at the facility
  • Multi-drop deliveries
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Driving our MR trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and adhoc pick-ups
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

Requirements:

  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Hold a medium rigid vehicle license
  • Be able to drive manual transmission
  • Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck
  • Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
  • You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
  • Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks

Nice to have:

  • If you have a forklift licence, this is advantageous
  • Holding a forklift licence (and experience) is advantageous
What we offer:
  • Job security, permanent work
  • Full time opportunity
  • Work life balance – work Monday to Friday
  • 6.00am start
  • Available for Daily Overtime (as required)
  • + 12% Superannuation
  • + Leave entitlements
  • Free Onsite parking
  • Access to ‘Post Perks’ – a benefits platform with discounts and offers
