This role supports the Courier Compliance Team Leader and sits at the heart of our courier operations. As a Courier Compliance Administrator, you’ll help ensure our fleet remains fully compliant with legal and industry standards, while delivering a ‘Class A’ service to our courier partners.
Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day compliance queries from couriers and internal teams
Ensuring all courier documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
Supporting the end-to-end compliance process for the courier fleet
Maintaining systems and records in line with company policies
Monitoring and resolving queries in line with agreed SLAs
Working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met
Escalating issues or risks where appropriate
Supporting continuous improvement in compliance processes
Requirements:
Experience or understanding of compliance processes in a high-volume environment
Experience in a customer-focused or operational role
Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
Basic Microsoft Office skills
