Job Description

This role supports the Courier Compliance Team Leader and sits at the heart of our courier operations. As a Courier Compliance Administrator, you’ll help ensure our fleet remains fully compliant with legal and industry standards, while delivering a ‘Class A’ service to our courier partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing day-to-day compliance queries from couriers and internal teams
  • Ensuring all courier documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
  • Supporting the end-to-end compliance process for the courier fleet
  • Maintaining systems and records in line with company policies
  • Monitoring and resolving queries in line with agreed SLAs
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Escalating issues or risks where appropriate
  • Supporting continuous improvement in compliance processes

Requirements

  • Experience or understanding of compliance processes in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in a customer-focused or operational role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
