We are currently seeking a Coupa Support Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Coupa and integrating applications
  • Incident Management - Provides end user support for Coupa application
  • Incident Troubleshooting and providing resolution
  • Resolves Service Request tickets and collaborates with end users for closure
  • Coupa Application Monitoring and covering the daily and weekly activities
  • Review of existing tickets and perform Problem Management

Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs of experience in Coupa application configuration and support
