Job Description

An international organisation is seeking an experienced Coupa Specialist to support and enhance its global procurement technology landscape. This role will be responsible for the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support of Coupa solutions across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement stakeholders, business users, and technology teams to drive process efficiency, user adoption, and system improvements. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in procurement transformation initiatives while contributing to the evolution of a modern source-to-pay ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support Coupa implementation, enhancement, and optimisation initiatives
  • Configure and maintain Coupa modules in line with business requirements and best practices
  • Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, finance, and technology teams to improve source-to-pay processes
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Support supplier onboarding, procurement workflows, approvals, catalogues, and purchasing processes
  • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and process compliance
  • Manage system testing, user training, documentation, and release activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to business users
  • Support integration activities between Coupa and enterprise systems
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Coupa solutions
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
  • Experience across source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) environments
  • Hands-on experience with: Procurement Operations
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Supplier Management
  • Contract Management
  • Purchasing and Requisition Processes
  • Approval Workflows
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country business environments

  • SAP integration experience (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA)
