Job Responsibility
Align and implement Ingka Group's Total Rewards framework and processes in IKEA India, while collaborating and co-creating with the other country Centre of Expertise (CoE) and global Total rewards CoE to ensure that the strong, competitive and right total rewards solutions for IKEA India
Ensure local total rewards practices and policies effectively support the People & Culture (Human resources) strategy, as well as that they align with IKEA’s culture, market trends and organizational standards, to safeguard co-worker experience in the respective areas
Align and implement total rewards policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant country legislation and regulations, as well as Ingka Group's Total Rewards framework and IKEA global processes
Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Board, Country P&C management, and other relevant stakeholders, providing proactive support for data-driven decision-making
Actively align with key internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant execution of total rewards processes and address potential policy deviations
Keep updated on external developments and bring industry best practices into Ingka, with the aim of elevating internal awareness and expertise in total rewards topics
Requirements
University degree with 5+ years of experience (or 9+ years of related professional experience) in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or People & Culture, with strong knowledge of reward frameworks, market benchmarking, benefits, and local labor legislation
The ability to analyze data, translate insights into recommendations, and support data-driven business decisions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders and influence decision-making
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across People & Culture and business functions
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing external market insights and best practices into the organization
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to compliance and governance
