Job Responsibility:
Optimise sales and long-term profitability
Decide on gross margin and profit budgets
Drive ambition of being first choice for home furnishings, including ecommerce
Work with other functions within the Country Commercial Team to develop long-term strategies, engage partners, execute tactical plans, establish clear goals, and translate ideas into realities
Know our global priorities, our range, life at home, and competition to meet the needs of our customers at home
Analyse the qualitative performance of our market
Ensure the Service Office Selling team in Thailand leads and supports their matrix in existing and new IKEA stores
Work with the Store Sales Managers to help them make improvements to their customers’ shopping experience
Work with Store Sales Managers to develop their commercial skills
Requirements:
Solid experience as an IKEA Store Sales Manager or Sales experience in Service Office
Good understanding of the role and tasks of the Selling team in IKEA Service Office
Self-motivated, sharp, analytical and results-oriented
Flair for engaging people at all levels and influencing outcomes
Experience in strategic planning and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
Passion for home furnishings and understanding life at home
Proven record of strong leadership with experience in leading people
Committed to the development of the team and individuals
