The Country Sales Manager is a key leader within Air Canada's APAC Sales Team, responsible for driving passenger sales and marketing across Australia and New Zealand. The role delivers profitable revenue growth, expands market share, and strengthens customer engagement in line with Air Canada's New Frontier strategy. As the senior market representative, the role serves as the principal spokesperson and holds full accountability for commercial performance, external relations, and local leadership. This position requires a forward-looking leader to accelerate digital sales transformation, expand distribution channels, and execute innovative commercial strategies.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Degree in business, tourism, or related field
  • Proven sales leadership experience (airline/travel industry preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen with track record in revenue growth
  • Experience in digital sales, distribution, or e-commerce (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled in negotiation, influence, and partnership development
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital sales, distribution, or e-commerce (preferred)
