Job Description:

In this role, you will join the EMEA Strategy, Planning & Operations team as an Operations business partner for the Country(s), playing a key role in an exciting, fast-moving, high-growth business. Responsibilities include sales compensation management, business analytics, pipeline improvement, governance, and fostering continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • act as a business partner for HPE Aruba Networking Sales Geographies within your scope
  • drive sales compensation and quota setting, and deployment processes aligned with HPE Aruba Networking business strategy
  • facilitate resolution of Sales Compensation-related issues raised by managers and the sales team
  • support business with internal governance processes including forecasting, demand planning, pipeline management
  • provide high-quality, on-time business analytics to the HPE Aruba Networking Management team
  • support continuous improvement of pipeline including data quality
  • ensure effective implementation of sales processes and identify best practices
  • develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • be SME for sales compensation tools, processes and systems
  • support sales team with operational needs related to tool training and process guidance
  • maintain online content established as key sales resources in EMEA
  • identify and build relationships with key players in functions internal and external to EMEA HPE Aruba Networking
  • develop and maintain understanding of applicable HPE business processes for HPE Aruba Networking EMEA Strategy and Planning
  • maintain linkage with the HPE Aruba Networking Finance team to ensure continuity

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an Operational / Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large competitive MNC
  • commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross-functional teams across an organization
  • strong business mindset with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude
  • intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach
  • ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision
  • Microsoft Office Suite with PowerPoint and advanced Excel experience
  • analytically minded, a problem solver, focused, organised and driven, a self-starter, strong communication skills, passion and pride in work, flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • fluent English essential as well as Hebrew Native Level
